Usually in Jamaica we wash our hair with cold water however when you have a waterheater it can be very tempting to wash your hair with warm/hot water. DO NOT DO IT. Hot water is terrible for your hair, it strips away the natural oils coating your scalp and hair leaving your tresses dry and brittle.
