段々と暑い日が増え、夏が近づいて来ていますね☀️
梅雨にはカパが増え体が重くなり、暑い夏にはピッタが増え火照りや炎症が起こりやすくなります
そんな季節の変わり目に頼れる新しいスタッフ緒方真規子のご紹介です
緒方は、この春からスタートしました、今熊野観音寺 茶所•閑坐を貸切行うアーユルヴェーダヘッドスパリチュアルも担当しています

緒方真規子です。
長年美容師をしていく中で頭皮や髪のデザインを作る前の
メンテナンスの方に興味を持ち
梅田のヘッドスパ、オーガニックケアに特化した
サロンで7年間サロンワークをしてきました。

The days are getting warmer and warmer, and summer is approaching! ☀️
During the rainy season, Kapha increases, making the body feel heavy, while in the hot summer, Pitta increases, making you more prone to heat and inflammation.
We'd like to introduce our new staff member, Makiko Ogata, who can be relied upon during this transitional season.
Makiko is also in charge of the Ayurvedic head spa ritual, which started this spring and is held at the Imakumano Kannon-ji temple Kanza, which is reserved exclusively for our clients.

Hello! I'm Makiko, and I joined the company in May.
Having worked as a hairdresser for many years, I became interested in scalp and hair maintenance before designing the hair.
I worked for seven years at a salon in Umeda specializing in head spas and organic care.
At AMATORA SPA, I hope to provide our customers with beauty and relaxation, mainly through head spas.

いつもお越し頂いているヨガインストラクターのゆりさんにお越し頂きました
今回は、開発中のアーユルヴェーダヘッドスパスカルプを受けて頂きました
春から梅雨の時期は、カパが増え、むくみや重さが気になる時期です
カパ体質ねユリさんは、シロダーラの後に重さを感じやすかった髪がスカルプに変えると軽やかに✨
ドーシャ毎のマッサージでお顔周りもスッキリしていますね！
毛穴の皮脂も綺麗になって、頭皮の色味も明るくなっています💆🏻♀️💆🏻♂️
スカルプは梅雨明けのピッタが増え、火照りや炎症が起こりやすい時期にもオススメです！

We were delighted to welcome Yuri, a yoga instructor who regularly visits our salon.
This time, she tried our Ayurvedic head spa scalp treatment, which is currently under development.
From spring through the rainy season, Kapha increases, making swelling and heaviness a common concern.
Yuri, who has a Kapha constitution, felt her hair was heavy after Shirodhara, but after switching to the scalp shampoo, it felt much lighter! ✨
Her face also looks refreshed thanks to the dosha-specific massage!
