I recently read about Rev. Murage, a pastor from Kirinyaga. In his teaching, he showed what many people go through in life. He stood before his church wearing a nice suit and a clerical collar, looking neat and confident. But when he took off his coat, people were surprised to see that his shirt underneath was old and torn. The smart coat had been hiding the truth.

This simple act teaches us something important. Many of us look happy, strong, and successful on the outside, but inside we are tired and hurting. We smile and say we are fine, yet our hearts are full of pain, anger, or sadness. We help others even when we need help ourselves. Sometimes we even pretend to be okay while struggling in silence.

Life can be hard, and even strong people have secret battles. We should remember to be kind to each other and also take care of ourselves. As Proverbs 14:13 says, “Even in laughter the heart may ache.” Let us live truthfully, seek healing, and show love to others and ourselves.

When you dont wear earings for a long time, the hole becomes tight and it hurts when you insert it again.🙄

And if you insert different different earrings the hole becomes loose.

I used to tolerate a lot cuz I didn't want to lose people. Now, I establish boundaries cuz I don't want to lose myself🙏👇
