Were y’all offered metformin or inositol when you got diagnosed with PCOS/PMOS? Because for me, I had NO idea what insulin resistance even was when they first offered me metformin. 😭
Come to find out, insulin resistance can actually be improved naturally, and so many of the symptoms tied to it too… like cravings, irregular periods, anovulatory cycles, and weight gain.
I really wish somebody would’ve told me about this supplement sooner because it would’ve saved me so much confusion, after my diagnosis. 🤍
PMOS/PCOS is deeper than just the number on the scale. 💭
One thing my doctor told me that really stuck with me was: “I want a healthy Claudia, not just a skinny Claudia.” And honestly… that changed my perspective completely.
Weight loss surgery may help with weight loss, but it doesn’t make PMOS/PCOS disappear. I had to sit with that and really think about what was best for me, my body, and my long-term health journey.
So after a lot of thought, prayer, research, and conversations with my doctor, I decided not to move forward with weight loss surgery. And in this video, I’m sharing exactly why.
This is not judgment toward anyone who chooses surgery every journey is personal. This is simply my story, my decision, and what felt right for me. 🤍✨
300 lbs to THIS. 🥹✨
There were so many moments I wanted to give up on myself. So many days I felt uncomfortable in my body, exhausted, discouraged, and honestly scared that I would never change my life. But little by little, I kept going.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. It’s been about healing my relationship with myself, taking control of my health, balancing my hormones, rebuilding my confidence, and finally choosing ME. 🤍
Seeing these clips side by side is emotional because I remember exactly how I felt in every stage. And if you’re at the beginning of your journey right now, this is your reminder that progress is possible even when it feels slow.
Me vs me… and we’re winning. ✨
Come to my first post-op visit with me 🩺✨
Got to see Dr. Schultz’s new office, got one drain removed (finally 😭), changed into my compression faja, and got the “everything looks great” update 🙌🏽
Still swollen but we already knew swell hell wasn’t leaving without a fight 😂 one day at a time.
This GLP-1 journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been 100% worth it. Watching my body transform, healing my hormones, and showing up for myself every single day… that’s the real win. 🖤✨
I’m so grateful to for being part of my journey and making this process feel supported every step of the way.

POV: you finally stopped fighting your body and started supporting your hormones 🤍
Living with PCOS taught me it’s not about doing more… it’s about doing what actually works for your body. small habits, daily routines, and finding things that help you feel balanced >>
2 years ago I added the hormone balance tea from into my routine and I love it because it supports hormone balance, helps with bloating + inflammation, and supports my blood sugar which is huge for PCOS ✨
It’s not about quick fixes… just building habits that actually make you feel better over time
