On December 22, 2025, under the leadership of BESTA Group, DM International Tourism Company held a working discussion with the Ministry of Tourism on tourism media cooperation and future development directions. PalmUp Media participated in the meeting as a media and content support partner.

DM International Tourism Company met with the Ministry of Tourism to exchange views on tourism media collaboration, content development, and future planning. The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Kong Roatlomang, Deputy Director General, and Mr. Phyrum Manit, Director of the International and ASEAN Department, with the participation of Mr. Yin Nat, Director of the Tourism Investment Department , and representative from the Tourism Development Planning Department, Tourism Product Development Department, International and ASEAN Cooperation Department, and Overseas Tourism Market Research and Promotion Department.

The discussion focused on the “Tourism × Media” cooperation framework, exploring how professional tourism content, international communication channels, and multi-platform distribution can more effectively present Cambodia’s tourism image, investment environment, and cultural values, while supporting the sustainable development of the tourism industry.
As the tourism division under BESTA Group, DM International Tourism Company expressed its intention to further strengthen communication with the Ministry of Tourism and to explore future cooperation opportunities under the Ministry’s guidance. PalmUp Media will provide media support and content coordination assistance to support relevant communication initiatives. Both parties also engaged in a friendly and constructive exchange on approaches to tourism-related content communication and the presentation of positive narratives.

This meeting laid a solid foundation for further collaboration in the tourism and media sectors. DM International Tourism Company looks forward to continued guidance and support from the Ministry of Tourism, and to gradually deepening cooperation through professional content and media engagement, contributing to the enhancement of Cambodia’s tourism brand on the international stage.

Cambodia–China Education Cooperation Moves Forward Under Deputy Prime Minister’s Guidance

H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, met with a delegation led by Mr. Mo Shungan, Executive Director of the CICC Youth Development Department, along with representatives from China (Shenzhen) Education Enterprise Co., Ltd.

During the meeting, both sides discussed the upcoming MoU between CICC/YDD and Shenzhen Education Enterprise, which focuses on supporting Cambodia’s education modernization in three key areas:
• Basic, vocational, and medical education
• Teacher training
• International education cooperation

H.E. the Deputy Prime Minister welcomed the delegation and praised the MoU as a new milestone in Cambodia–China education cooperation. He emphasized that the initiative aligns with Cambodia’s Education Strategic Plan 2025–2030, especially in digital transformation and talent development. He also expressed appreciation for China’s support in bringing advanced educational technology and resources to Cambodia.
