If there is one place that has museum quality work (for sale!) with rigourous academic research it has to be TEFAF -this imposing portrait of Maria-Clementine Sobieska, titular Queen of England Scotland n Ireland (1702-1735) wife of the « old pretender » James Edward Stuart the only son of King James II and VII of England Scotland n Ireland who was deposed and forced into exile in Rome by his Protestant daughter and her husband/cousin Mary and William of Orange - at STAIR SAINTY GALLERY

One of my landscape painting, there’s a softness and atmosphere that feels connected to memory, feeling, and inner space more than technical precision.

The blending of water, sky, and school gives a calm, contemplative mood.
