NAQ before & after: May 2025 → Feb 2026 💫

One of the most motivating tools I learned in the NTA/NTP program is the NAQ—because it helps you track patterns across the Foundations over time (not a diagnosis, just data + awareness).

My biggest focus this year was blood sugar regulation:
• protein, fat + fiber before caffeine
• Less afternoon caffeine
• no more “sweet first” or carb-forward snacks/meals without balance

Even though one line on the graph didn’t move dramatically, my real-life results did: better digestion, no afternoon crash, fewer jitters/anxiety, and it’s easier to fall asleep.

Homemade apple cider vinegar carrot pickles with dill + jalapeños 🥕🌿🌶️

I’m officially obsessed. Becoming an NTP with , I learned so much to brighten my health and joyful eating. These are crunchy, tangy, a little spicy, so easy to make, and one of my favorite things to eat before a meal. I also love that they’re affordable to make at home and skip the additives, preservatives, and extra ingredients that often show up in store-bought versions.

Simple carrot pickle recipe
- 4–5 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks or rounds
- 1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup filtered water
- jalapeño slices to taste
- 2–3 garlic cloves, smashed (optional if you use it)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Fresh dill option: 3–4 sprigs fresh dill
- Dry dill option: 1–2 tsp dried dill

How to make
1. Add carrots, jalapeños, and dill to a clean jar.
2. Warm the water slightly and stir in the sea salt until dissolved.
3. Pour in the raw apple cider vinegar and salt water mixture over the veggies until covered.
4. Seal and refrigerate.
5. Best after 24–48 hours, but even better after a few days.

They’re bright, delicious, and such a fun little pre-meal ritual.

I recently did an Advanced MRI scan with X to get a clearer baseline on my health, and I really appreciated how simple and accessible the experience was.

The scan takes about 22 minutes, screens multiple organs, doesn’t use radiation, and can identify hundreds of potential issues before symptoms appear. What used to feel out of reach is now much more affordable and available in more locations — which makes preventative care feel realistic.

I did this for peace of mind and to better understand my body.

Getting my NTP certificate wasn’t the finish line — it was the foundation.
