Consciousness is a fascinating topic and there is still a lot to learn and discover. When I first came across the Scale of Conciousness it immediately fascinated me. The scale has ever since become a valuable tool for me personally as well as for my work with clients. Tomorrow is the Spring equinox. As the day and the night will be equal on the 21th of March, this equinox will also be the representation of our needs for balance during this period. It will be the time of new beginnings, renewal, and growth.

We are a small group of 4-6 women meeting every Tuesday for a guided mindfulness based meditation. As some of us left the country there is space free for new meditators to join us. Feel free to try out if it is something for you.
