**ඔයාගේ දත් බුරුසුවත් Clean කරන්නේ සබන් දාලද..? 😳🪥**
දත් මදිලා ඉවර වුණාට පස්සේ toothbrush එකත් හොඳට clean කරලා තියාගන්න එක වැදගත්.
හැබැයි **Toothbrush එකට සබන් දාලා wash කරන්න ඕනද? 🤔**
👉 සාමාන්යයෙන් toothbrush එක **running water වලින් හොඳින් rinse කරලා**, excess water ඉවත් කරලා **air-dry වෙන්න upright තියාගන්න** එක ප්රමාණවත්.
❌ සබන්, disinfectant වගේ දේවල් දාලා toothbrush එක “sterilize” කරන්න උත්සාහ කරන්න එපා.
