We, the undersigned families, foundations, and organizations of the Coalition of All Mande Last Names, hereby express our vote of no confidence in the leadership of Chairman Yaya V. Sesay.
After careful consideration and consultation among our respective families and organizations, we believe that the current leadership has failed to adequately address the concerns, expectations, and interests of the coalition and its members. In the interest of unity, accountability, transparency, and the continued progress of the organization, we respectfully call upon the Board to take the necessary actions in accordance with the constitution, bylaws, and governing regulations of the coalition.
This vote of no confidence is submitted in good faith and with the objective of strengthening the organization and restoring confidence among its members.
