Ms Pokello Nts'aba is very passionate about beauty and self-love. In 2016 she embarked on a journey of learning how to take care of her skin. The 2 years of learning eventually drove her to open Eagle's Mountain Beauty Parlor and Spa in 2018 in Butha Buthe. It offers makeup, manicure, pedicure, massage and facials.
It’s through this business where she learned not only about the stress women go through, but also hatred women have amongst themselves. Since she’s a qualified BA Pastoral Care and Counselling graduate from NUL, she decided to apply her knowledge and qualifications to help them by hosting events where they gather together to talk about their daily challenges, self-love, side hustling and networking. Her Masters Degree in Administrative Management in HUST Wuhan China played a vital role in uniting these women to learn about entrepreneurship and also form partnerships with other women around the world. Basotho Women Empowerment now has partners in Swaziland, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Botswana and South Africa. Pokello is a farmer, property investor and also deals with wool and mohair.
