Fighting a sinus infection. I'm using 6 Young Living oils that always help my body fight this nastiness. Peppermint. Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Rosemary, Lavendar and Lemon oils. Each one has a purpose and a use. Here is how I use them.

1. I gather a washcloth and the eucalyptus, tea tree and lemon. I drop 4 drops eucalyptus, 2 drops tea tree and 1 drop lemon one on top of the other then tuck that in my shirt. I redo the oils a few times a day and sleep with the cloth inside my shirt.

2. I diffuse lavendar to get thr best use from it.

3. Thyme oil and peppermint I dilute with castor oil and place that on my chest for the congestion.

I normally wake up in the morning feeling so much better.

Which Young Living oil or oil blend is your favorite?

Today: mine is Thieves. I've been sick over this last month and nothing makes me feel like my home is clean more than the Thieves blend oil and cleaning products.
I clran everything in my home including my stove with Thieves products. Grease is gone and my food isn't being cooked with chemicals.

I have been using 2 or 3 drops of cedarwood essential oil directly on the scalp for six months. It is still thin, but it amazes me how much hair has grown in and stayed in place. Young Living oils are amazing and truly help my body do as it is supposed to do.
