Vitamin C ဟာ အသားအရေကို ကြည်လင်တောက်ပစေပြီး အမဲစက်၊ နေလောင်ဒဏ်နဲ့ အရွယ်မတိုင်ခင် အိုမင်းခြင်း တွေကို ကာကွယ်ပေးနိုင်တဲ့ skincare ingredient တစ်ခုပါ။
