Just taking a moment to appreciate everything you’ve done. You’ve been through challenges, put in the hard work, and kept pushing forward even when things weren’t easy. That deserves recognition.
You’ve grown, learned, and handled things with strength and determination. No matter what came your way, you didn’t give up. And that’s something to be proud of.

When they got abused? Men can’t cry ?
Men, too, experience the weight of silence in the face of gender-based violence. It is not weakness to express emotion, but strength to confront and heal the scars we all carry
Neither women or men
We all are humans !
no one deserves to get abused
Humanity , empathy and respect.
