There is so much memory held in the face.

Our expressions, our stress, our emotions... over time they imprint into the muscles and tissues. You can often see it — tension around the jaw, the brow holding worry, eyes holding grief, the cheeks holding fatigue.

One of the things that fascinates me most about facial massage is how quickly that tension can soften.

Face fitness is such an intimate act.💆‍♀️

And the beautiful thing is that when the tissues soften and the lymph begins to flow, something else shifts too.

The skin glows.
But so does the person.
