Ayurveda with Laure
Helping you reconnect with your body’s wisdom 🪷 decode your imbalances 🌪️ and find your natural balance and inner alignment ✨
I work with women over 40 who are ready for a true transformation not another temporary weight loss quick fix. I provide them with a system to lose weight naturally and effortlessly, balance their hormones and have abundant energy using the wisdom and practices of Ayurveda and Yoga.
There are moments when I find myself wondering...
When did we start believing that feeling disconnected from our own bodies was simply something women were meant to accept?
Not because menopause is easy.
It isn't.
Not because symptoms aren't real.
They are.
But because so many women arrive at this time in their lives after decades of building.
Working.
Caring.
Giving.
Starting over.
Growing.
We've overcome so much.
I refuse to accept that the reward for all of that is feeling powerless in our own bodies.
That's one of the reasons this conversation matters so deeply to me.
🌿 If you'd like to continue the conversation, I'm hosting a free live workshop:
What if your body isn't betraying you?
You can reserve your place here: https://www.laurecarter.com/what-if-your-body-isnt-betraying-you/
Have you ever looked at your body and wondered...
"What happened?"
Not because of one symptom.
But because, somewhere along the way...
you stopped feeling at home in your own body.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of women.
Many of them first came to me because of menopause.
Or weight gain.
Or digestive issues.
But those conversations rarely stayed focused on symptoms for very long.
Very quickly, another question emerged.
"I don't understand what's happening to me."
That question has stayed with me.
Because I don't accept that we are meant to arrive at this time in our lives feeling powerless in our own bodies.
Perhaps before asking,
"How do I make this stop?"
there's another question worth asking.
"What is my body trying to tell me?"
That's the conversation I'd love to invite you into during a free live workshop on Thursday, July 23.
If you can't join us live, don't worry.
Everyone who registers will receive the replay.

Have you ever had the feeling that your body was trying to tell you something—but you weren't quite sure how to listen?

Not every change begins with doing more.
Sometimes it begins with finally experiencing a different rhythm long enough for the body to remember what steadiness feels like.

Have you ever looked at your body and wondered...
“What happened?”
For many women, this question appears quietly.
After months...
or years...
of trying harder.
Trying different diets.
Sleeping less.
Doing more.
Wondering why the body no longer seems to respond the way it once did.
For a long time, I believed the first question was:
“How do I make this stop?”
Today...
I’m no longer convinced that’s where the conversation should begin.
What if there’s another question worth asking first?
That’s the conversation I’d love to explore with you during a free live workshop on Thursday, July 23.
If you can’t join us live, everyone who registers will receive the replay.

Many women think they need to push harder to feel better.
But often, the body is not asking for more effort.
It is asking for different conditions.
Different pacing.
Different rhythms.
More steadiness.
More space.
And sometimes, that changes far more than we expect.

This is part of what Swami Atmarupa Saraswati and I will be creating space for in Costa Rica this December 🌿
Not escape.
Not pressure.
But a different rhythm.

The body often becomes more sustainable not through intensity,
but through rhythm.

Many women try to maintain the same pace from morning until night.
But the body doesn’t function that way naturally.
Energy changes throughout the day.
Attention changes.
Digestion changes.
The nervous system changes.
And often, exhaustion comes not only from doing too much —but from living against these natural rhythms continuously.

The body functions rhythmically.
This is something Ayurveda has observed for thousands of years —and something many women can begin feeling again when life slows down enough to notice it.
This is also part of what we’ll be exploring gently in Costa Rica this December.
