Dear beloved customers.
We have revised our policy regarding appointment booking and cancellation.
We want to give every client the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Please understand that your appointment time was set aside just for you. Appointments made within the salon mean that we’ve reserved space specifically for you.
So from here on we will be charging an advance payment , which is half of the actual payment. Dates can be changed in an emmergency, last minute cancellation will not be refunded.
