Lessons from Dr GA Lechuti in yesterday's seminar I was in along with other network marketers from other companies.
Do not waste planning time with prayer. Business requires you to work, business must be structured. You need to research, study, benchmark, implement and test theories, submit to concepts of others who are in tje same space as you but are further than you. Whether you tithe, fast or pray, in business, excellence is a pre-requisite. Do not misplace the power of prayer. Use prayer and scripture to address the atmosphere while you don't forget to put in the work!

The five (5) things you need to run your business successfully
1. Do you offer a solution
2. Develop market expertise, know your target market. You can't be talking about weightloss to someone whose culture embraces big bodies, for example. Study and qualify your prospects individually
3. Be a Product master if you sell products. Be a service master if you offer a service (know and understand your products/services that you provide.
4. You need people transaction skills. You transact with and through people. You sell to and for people. Do not be cold and undermining towards your clients, treat them with respect at all times, for they can make or break your business just from how you served them.
5. Make sure that you yourself are a good brand, make sure that you are the best reflection of the company you are distributing or working for.

NB*** Don't start a business because you are unemployed, unemployment is secondary. Your primary reason for starting a business should be that you see a need and you have a solution.
Don't be status conscience, be "function conscience"...
If you cannot manage money money, do not do business, stay employed. Financial management is not a gift, it's a skill!

1. Attack LONGRICH like you attack a buffet table where you eat as much as you want. This means, find out and understand ALL that is being offered and make sure you partake in all. With buffet, you load your plate, go back to your seat and eat. Then you stand up and go back to the buffet table. No one is going to stop you.

2. Register in multiples of 60pvs, encourage your team to do the same. Check weekly and upgrade members whose pvs are not in multiples of 60pvs or bring their attention to it. This will qualify you for Development Bonus. You earn DB on orders in multiples of 60pvs. If there’s a order that is 220pvs you earn only on 180pvs. If an order is 250pvs, you earn on 240pvs. If an order is 59pvs, you don’t earn DB on it.
3. Be strategic. Part of the buffet is car promo, trip promo. Lead your team *from the beginning* to earn these. Reserve orders to meet the promos if you know when it’s starting.
4. Encourage your team to do their 30pvs as soon as they hit D3. Its part of the buffet. It’s not compulsory but it gives you more. As you earn more, your e-wallet will cater for this. But in the beginning, you may need to use your money to do it.
5. Use Social Media to recruit
6. Don’t be afraid to talk to people- you possess what they are looking for: Health & Wealth. All you need do is ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE on these 2 and offer them.
7. Build leaders. Allow your team to take responsibility for their own members. Let sponsors directly train their success lines.
8. Be conversant, familiar with your back office. Teach your team to do the same
9. Create rank groups. This will help team work, unity, closeness within ranks.
10. Celebrate rank advances . This will encourage people to move up.
11. Be positive- have a positive mindset. When you meet with barriers this positive mindset will help.

6. Follow up regularly but without nagging.
