Hi, welcome to my page.
I’m Betty! I'm a mother of Two!
My daughter is 11 years old while my son is 6years old!
Throughout 2 pregnancies over the 6years. It’s was a big change of my life! From a M size person, I thought my size should recover fast after gave birth since I was only 29! But, I got shocked when I was upgraded to x-Large!
Of course, I did try so many ways, from products, medicines, slimming course, fitness programmes and etc. Some I gave up due to health problem while some didn’t last of its results. Worst is I gained more after that!
I wasn’t giving up to lose weight. I still want to look better and most important is I know I must regain my confidence! I get upset when I can’t put on nice outfits, when old friends says you look bigger than last time or when you don’t feel like taking photos and always hide behind when taking group photos! You tell my sadness ?☺️
I just want to share that I’m really HAPPY
now as I now can fit in M size again! After 10 years. What a joke that I waited for a decade! Thank you so much to Zenso, you really save my life!
Also along the journey, I get to understand more the right way to eat, the importance of calories intake, the difference between fat loss and weight loss, how to avoid rebound, and how to help more women to lose weight or remain fit!
I’m enjoying to a better me, and moving forward to be the best of me!

Subcutaneous fat and visceral fat
