WOOKIES' BAKING TIPS!

Baking is my hobby. I bet some of you love baking too. But have you ever been in the situation when your product is not exactly like as you expected? It is normal but we can fix it in the other baking time, the thing is you need to know some tips for baking. You are lucky because today I am going to share of my tips for baking!

1. Follow each step and in the respective order the recipe is asking you to. IF the recipe asked you to sift the flour, then you have to do. Don’t skip any steps because it will provide mistakes to you baking product.

2. Make sure you set up your ingredients before baking to ensure your baking process is smooth.

3. Temperature! YES! Room temperature is very important. Different temperatures of many ingredients give a different type of consistency- most often the consistency that you never wanted and it might also result in unavoidable lumps which means that all your hard work goes down the drain.

4. Lastly, don’t give up. If your product are not being the one that you wanted it to be, you need make an effort to avoid the mistakes for next baking session. Understand the fact that things will go wrong and there are absolutely zero things wrong with this.
