Sesungguhnya sepanjang battle ni, sis basketi teramat!! Oh my ketiak!!! Nasib kita sempat grab ubat ketiak YL last batch ni. Lepas ni nak discontinue. Adakah akan ada keluar ubat ketiak ‘flavour’ baru? Haha flavour sangats! 😆

On a serious note, we have our new family member in Kidscents range, Kidscents Courage EO! They say, it smells heavenly. Can’t wait to try.

Perfect to support your kids emotionally especially now everyone has started to go back to school. They sure feel nervous about it right?

Well, at least I know Naema does.

Dulu-dulu perhati je siapa yg ada YL Rose EO ni. Amazed nya ada Rose ni. Kalau yg lain ckp YL EO ni harga kayangan, haaa, yang Rose EO ni lah EO paling kayangan dalam YL.

Tambah lagi, siapa yg ada Rose EO ni mereka tak kedekut. The first drop of Rose EO yang I dpt ialah dari Azrah AR. Jumpa dekat cafe, Naema sedikit cranky. Dia kasi Rose utk drop atas kepala Naema. Naema loved it and selesa lepas tu. 🥰

The second drop of Rose EO I received from Nurul Akmal Ngatimin. Masa tu weols pergi ke Young Living Symposium di Singapore. It was a 2-Day Symposium. Ed duduk satu meja dengan Akmal. Akmal share Rose EO dia kat kita semua. Wahhh murah hati betul tuan tuan Rose ni ye.

The third drop of Rose I got was from my beautiful Kak Aini Eli Yusoff. Waktu tu Ed buat YL physical sharing di rumah Ed. Kak Aini gave us a drop each. MashaaAllah. Memang tuan Rose ni semua baik hati.

Tak sangka, dari angan-angan seorang surirumah, diri ini mampu memiliki sebotol Rose Eo pada tahun 2020, hasil dari titik peluh membina organisasi di Young Living. Tambah menarik lagi, YL ada buat contest last year, dan Ed qualified to receive the gifts. One of the oils dalam hadiah yg Ed terima ialah Rose EO ni. Wow like seriously? I own 2 bottles of Rose EO now? In the same year? 🥺

Yesterday I have officially opened my second bottle of Rose EO. So I am very excited to do and apply it to myself and my family. Makes me thinking, I should do the same to my second bottle, which is gifting it to other people, so there will be more people get to try a Pure Therapeutic Grade Rose essential oils.

This morning it hit me, let’s pack our food and have breakfast by the lake. Gituuu. Last night dah bake homemade Brioche bread with our lovely TM6. Hm lagi perfect our breakfast selection Alhamdulillah.

Selalu kami dapat breakfast outdoor dan ambil angin pun di jalan belakang rumah je. 😆 Lama dah tak jalan-jalan and picnic tepi tasik. Kalau dulu lepas hantar Naema ke prasekolah, terus bawak Hayfa breakfast kat tepi tasik. Masing-masing dapat grounding kan diri. Pijak rumput basah dengan masih ada sikit embun pagi. Hidu udara segar. Tengok pokok hijau dan binatang atas bawah. Cerah mata.

Bagi siapa yang jarang keluar rumah sebab risaukan interaksi dari orang, don’t worry, at least be out of your house, atau at least buka tingkap dan let the sunlight literally kiss your skin. It gives so many benefits to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health inshaaAllah. Free je Allah bagi. Bantu diri dapatkan segala nutrien hebat semulajadi ni. Dah penat duduk rumah dan depan gajet dgn blue lights semua kan?

And… don’t forget to eat plenty of fruits. The MNS girls, Naema and Hayfa love fruits so much. Not fancy of fruit much? Boleh blend and make a smoothie. Whatever can get into your mouth lah hehe. Be creative.

My perfume this morning is Inner Child EO. Put a drop on my palm, inhale slowly, and apply to my wrists and neck. Hmmm smells heavenly. 😌 Frankincense EO is a must oil for every day for me and my kids. It’s called The King of Oil for a reason.
