At this stage, I’m focusing on providing the best quality coaching instead of taking as many appointments as possible.

House call is now very limited as most of my schedule is dedicated to personal training sessions at the gym.

Night group is available on Monday & Tuesday only.

Outside of coaching hours, I choose to spend my time with my children and family. Thank you for understanding and respecting my schedule. 🙏
