How to stay fit during Ramadan? 😂
Some may said I felt hungry the whole day, night time should award myself lots of food~

Well that wasnt wrong at all 🤣 But if you have too much food at once and they are hard to digest, you may end up those undigested food become fats and also congested your tummy 🤣

My word of advice~ Enjoy your food and remember eat more fruits and vegetables too~

Actually to slim down, you must not over exceed a daily calories intake, You can even take ice cream if your calories has not exceed.

As long as you lower your calories intake, you are good to go!🥰

😟COVID Virus is getting more serious! Here's some tips for you if you got it unfortunately☺️:

1) Eat More Fresh Vegetables and Fruits ( avoid processed food )
2) Sleep More, lots of sleep
3) Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking
4) If possible quarantine yourself in rooms, do not spread to others uninfected
5) Do some deep breathing exercise to expand your lungs capacity
