PART-TIME APPLICATION

JOB TITLE : ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE)

1. Responsible & monitors Account Receivable activities and ensure all repayments from customers are in timely manner (including Credit, Cash, & Collection).
2. Able to liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders on relevant issues.
3. Build and sustain effective relationships with local business.
4. Ensure compliance in operational AR control metrics which includes AR aging report, Write-off report, Order release exception reports, periodic review reports, credit changes report, or other AR related control reports.
5. Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives.
6. Update credit limit or credit terms in system.
7. Ensure timely credit block/release.
8. Responsible for customer master opening and maintenance.
9. Maintaining customer trading term agreement for record and provision.
10. Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
11. To reconcile our account receivable with customer’s accounts to minimize/avoid disputed invoices with customer’s accounts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
2. Added advantage for those with professional qualification ICAEW, MACPA, ACCA or equivalent.

JOB EXPERIENCE
1. At least 1-2 years of AR experience.

REPORTING LINE
1. Reporting to the Finance Manager.
