Home made bread 🍞 with herbs and Spices 🌶️🫒

Super simple recipe :

With 500gr of flour
1tea spoon of salt
1tbs yeast
1tbs sugar
Spices and herbs of choice
2cups of warm milk (arround 440ml)

This dough requires no kneading you just let it rest until it doubles in size

Then again when you shape the bread

Apply egg yolk mixed with vinegar on top and sprinkles with more herbs and spices
