How exfoliation works.

As we have previously learned, we know that exfoliation is the process of shedding dead skin cells to reveal newer and healthier skin. This process can be done with physical exfoliation or chemical exfoliation. Though physical exfoliation shows instant results, it can do more harm than good. That is why we suggest chemical exfoliation for a safer option.

From the diagram that we have included, the first picture of the skin shows dead skin cells layering the outside part of the skin. Upon application of AHAs and BHAs, the bonds between the dead skin cells are broken apart and then naturally shed off the skin. The shedding of the dead skin cells reveals smooth and new skin cells that make our skin look healthy and glowy.
