See closely theres a difference of muscle’s tension on her upper body. After body posture adjustment she has more relax shoulders and upper back. Besides, her neck line and jawline got improved. You don’t need a Botox you need a good posture!

⚠️Your body weight cannot define your health.

If you’re still weighing yourself day in and day out, take a look at this piece of data. It might be your muscles is growing and your fats is shedding. The indicators we should concern!

On average, with good nutrition and consistent training the muscles growth per month should be about 250-900g. As for body fats on average is aiming for at least 1.5kg per month. But both indicators vary widely depending on gender, age, body type, lifestyle and etc.

So take nutritious food and do consistent training say it all. Tbh, I’m not taking my diet very well. That’s the reason you can see my body fats didn’t drop much. In summary, treat your body well it will definitely give you good returns. How much time and effort you willing to put your body will reflect! 🫶🏼

Understand Female Cycle

Our hormones fluctuate every month so does our training. If you feel less motivated or weaker around certain times of the month that’s totally normal.

Our cycle has 2 phases.
1. Follicular phase (14 days) counting starts from the first day you get your period until you ovulate. In this phase, female hormones (oestrogen and progesterone) are at lowest meaning that your body is finally acting like a man. During this low hormone phase, we can recover faster and have higher pain tolerance.

2. Luteal Phase (14 days) starts from ovulation until your period. This is when female hormones started to soar high and it’s your second personality to show up. During this high hormone phase, we will have some physical shifts such as cranky, tired and bloated as to prepare fertilised egg process.

I personally will take rest at the first and second day of period. Then get back to my schedule accordingly at day 3 onwards. As I don’t want to waste the man in me able to carry weight in ease. Hehe 😉

In summary, everyone’s body condition is different. You may go for a light workout if you’re on your period. You may just stay in slumberland. Just do whatever by your own free will.

Spot the difference. 🔍

That’s me after 9 months of not being consistency on training and following a balanced diet. This is how I feel from active to sedentary lifestyle.

1. My muscle not as defined as previous.
2. I lose muscle mass.
3. I get tired easily.
4. I lose energy.
5. I lose strength.

Honestly, the appearance does not change much and my body weight is still remained the same.

I just wanna let you know that you can always take a break from your training and diet. But make sure you get back up and don’t lose yourself. It’s okay to fall out because fitness is a journey not a destination. I’m always learning and getting better. How about you? 🙌🏼

“How do you stay motivated?” 🤩

I often get this question from people asking what keeps me going till today.

The answer is SELF-COMMITMENT.
The moment I started fitness I say to myself you hold the responsible to take care of your body.
Your mind and body is the greatest asset of all.
Your mind and body stay loyal to you forever.
You do it for yourself not others.
Cause to me I AM EVERYTHING. ♥️

This year, I want to commit to myself and to you.
I will share anything about fitness.
I will help you to understand more about fitness.
I will help you to explore your abilities.
I will help you to find the confidence in you.
I will start posting everyday for 300 days from today onwards.
Cause the commitment here is WE ARE LEARNING TOGETHER everyday. 🙌🏼
