𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 +𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗜+ 🤖

Six weeks ago, Chin Hin Group launched the Chin Hin AI Hackathon 2026 with a clear intent – to challenge final‑year talents to solve real business problems using AI. Today, we have successfully completed this journey, marking an important milestone.

Our motto throughout this journey has been clear: AI to win. Speed decides. Boldness defines.

Over the past 6 weeks, we brought together 150 final year university talents, forming 37 teams from universities across Malaysia, to build commercial ready AI prototypes using Microsoft Foundry. This was not a classroom exercise, instead teams worked on 12 real-world business challenges, derived directly from our actual business cases and operational processes.

Each team was challenged to deliver impact across two distinct paths:
🔹 Productivity Challenge – improving how work gets done
🔹 Business Application Challenge – building AI-driven business solutions

What made this initiative truly special was the close collaboration with real business owners, enabling participants to co-create minimal viable products (MVPs) that are practical, scalable, and enterprise-ready.

As the hackathon concludes, we are proud to see 7 finalist teams pitching their MVPs, demonstrating bold ideas, rapid ex*****on, and a strong understanding of business realities.

This initiative goes beyond innovation for Chin Hin Group. It reflects our commitment to:

✅ Supporting Malaysia’s aspiration to become an AI Nation by 2030
