今天带着团队一起走出 Salon，
参加一场新品发布会。

有音乐、有娱乐、有新品体验，
有小礼物，也有人幸运地把奖品带回家。🎁
但对我来说，今天真正值得带回去的，
不只是这些。

做美发这么多年，我越来越觉得——
技术让我们成为专业的人，
但审美、艺术与生活的体验，
才慢慢形成一个人的风格。

所以我希望团队的成长，
不只是学会更多剪、染、烫的技术。

也去看不同的设计，
感受不同的音乐、时尚、空间与创意，
接触更多我们平时不会接触的世界。

因为当我们越来越靠近艺术，
其实也是在一次次重新认识自己：

我喜欢什么？
我被什么打动？
而我，又想成为怎样的 Hair Artist？

有时候成长，不一定发生在 Salon 里面。
走出去，看得更多、感受得更多，
再把这些东西慢慢带回自己的作品里。
