Back in 2010, my health was a complete mess.
I was 26 years old, working a life sucking corporate job and as a result my mind and body suffered because of it.
It’s not that I hate my job, it was just the ridiculously long hours and my mental state of mind that was getting a beating.
Eventually my enthusiasm for work plummeted to the depth of the ocean.
It wasn’t a pretty sight.
But one day, my prayers were answered!
In the form of a Nutrition Club.
So fear not, if you’re suffering just like I was.. I’ve got to tell you that there is a community of supportive folks wanting you to get healthier and happier.
