There’s something special about bread made the traditional way. The Bethlehem combines naturally fermented sourdough with honey, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds for a loaf that is as nourishing as it is delicious.

✨ Why choose sourdough?

• Natural fermentation can make bread easier for some people to digest.
• Fermentation can reduce some of the phytate in grains, helping improve the availability of certain minerals.
• Sourdough fermentation contributes to a wonderful depth of flavour and a naturally chewy, airy crumb.
• It can have a lower glycemic response than some conventional breads, although this varies with the recipe and serving.

Our blend of sunflower, pumpkin, flax and sesame seeds adds fibre, healthy fats, plant-based protein and minerals such as magnesium, zinc and calcium.
