Prioritize your health before it becomes a hospital bill
If you think living a healthy lifestyle is expensive, wait until you are handed a hospital bill and a long list of medĂŻcations to correct illnesses caused by unhealthy lifestyles.
Starting today, take responsibility for your health and be intentional about how you care for your body like:
1.Eat Nutrient-dense foods include eggs, fish, fruits, vegetables, and whole foods in your diet. Reduce intake of refined carbohydrates, carbonated drinks, and processed foods especially breads, they contribute to weight gain, hormonal imbalance, and chronic diseases.
2.Exercise regularly, engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week, especially if your work involves long hours of sitting. Movement improves circulation, metabolism, and mental health.
3.Avoid alcohol and smoking.

4.Manage stress and sleep Well.

7.Schedule routine medical vheck-ups.
Regular screenings help detect potential health issues early and monitor your vital signs such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels.
Remember a healthy lifestyle is not expensive. it’s an investment.
