Your scalp needs oil, oil seals in the moisture you put on your scalp

You've been moisturizing for months. Deep conditioning. Oiling. Doing everything right and still nothing is moving.
Have you checked if your scalp can actually breathe?
Product buildup is one of the most overlooked reasons hair stops growing the way it should. You're adding layer after layer butters, creams, oils without ever fully clearing what's already sitting there.
Your follicles need a clean surface to produce from. A clogged scalp is a slow scalp. It's that simple.
And clarifying doesn't mean stripping. Done right, it resets everything and makes every product you apply afterward actually work.

Low density means fewer strands per square inch.
Your hair can still be long… it just looks thin or sparse.
This is common if you’re dealing with shedding, alopecia, or stress and genetics
Hair feeling thinner lately?
You’re not alone and you’re not stuck.
Low-density hair isn’t a problem, it just needs the right approach.
The right styles will make your hair look fuller, healthier, and more defined without stressing your strands.
Follow along, I’ll show you styles that work with your hair, not against it.

Tight installs, daily slicked styles, years of tension on the most fragile hair on your head. It adds up quietly until one day you notice the hairline looks different.

The hard truth is the longer you leave it, the harder it is to reverse. Follicles under constant stress eventually stop responding altogether.

But the good news? Consistency and circulation can bring a lot of it back. I've seen it happen. I've lived it.

Half an inch. Every single month. That's how much your hair is growing whether you see it or not.
So if you've been stuck at the same length for a year, the growth isn't the problem. What's happening to it after it grows is the problem.
How long have you been stuck at the same length?

Which one is your favorite?

I used to think I was just a 'heavy shedder.' Turns out I had no idea what I was actually looking at.

There is a difference between shedding and breakage and the way you fix one will make the other worse if you get them confused.

Shedding is your hair's natural cycle. Breakage is your hair telling you something is off. One has a root attached. One doesn't.

Once I understood that, everything about my routine changed.

Nobody talks about why the itch keeps coming back. They just tell you to try a new shampoo.
But if your scalp has been itching consistently flaking, tender to touch, or just never fully calm, that's inflammation. And most of the products you've been using are making it worse, not better.
Sulfates, synthetic fragrance, alcohol. All sitting on your scalp every wash day, stripping your skin barrier until your scalp has no choice but to fight back.
The itch is not the problem. It's the signal.
