Every pregnancy is truly different.
I've heard many women say they spat throughout their entire pregnancy. In my own case, it was only during my first trimester. Once I entered the second trimester, it gradually stopped.
That experience reminded me that pregnancy doesn't look the same for everyone. Just because another mum experienced something from the first day to delivery doesn't mean yours will be the same.
Our bodies respond differently, and that's okay.

Nobody teaches you motherhood🤣
The process and experience is the best teacher
Another night for me to wait for my two year old to sleep deep so I can redress her😭
This is what am seeing this period, am always sleeping like 11pm or 12am
