Is W**e Really Good for You?
You may have heard that a glass of w**e is good for the heart, especially red w**e. But it is important to separate this popular belief from current health evidence.
🍷 The truth: W**e contains alcohol, and alcohol is associated with health risks. WHO reports that alcohol can contribute to liver disease, cardiovascular disease, several cancers, mental-health problems, injuries and other conditions. The risk generally increases as alcohol consumption increases.
Remember: You don't need to drink w**e to keep your heart healthy. Healthy eating, regular exercise, adequate sleep, maintaining a healthy weight, and avoiding to***co are better ways to support your overall health.

A new month is a fresh opportunity to take better care of your health.
✅ Drink plenty of water every day.
✅ Eat more fruits and vegetables.
✅ Get at least 7–8 hours of sleep each night.
✅ Stay active—walk or exercise for at least 30 minutes daily.
✅ Manage stress through prayer, meditation, or relaxation.
✅ Don't ignore persistent health symptoms—seek medical advice early.
✅ Make time for your regular health check-up.
Remember, your health is your greatest wealth. Small healthy habits practiced every day can lead to a stronger, happier you.
Walk Your Way to a Better Mood 🚶♀️✨
Scientists say that walking tall with your head up and your arms swinging naturally can help you feel more positive. Even if you're not feeling happy, taking a confident, energetic walk may lift your mood.
Sometimes, a spirited stroll is all it takes to fake it until you make it.

Happy Sunday! Take a moment to recharge, refocus, and appreciate the good things in life. May this new day revitalize your spirit and set you up for a week of growth and opportunity.
Too Little Sleep
It can leave you grumpy and distracted the next day, making it hard to focus. But long-term sleep loss is linked to dementia, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. You can also add problems with your immune system, depression and anxiety, and ongoing pain to that list. Adults need anywhere from 7-9 hours of shuteye a night. Kids and teens need even more. Talk to your doctor if you have trouble getting enough sleep. Treatment may help. It might include lifestyle changes, medication, talk therapy, or a mix of all three.

Did you know?
Morning is usually the best time to weigh yourself for the most accurate reading. After a good night's sleep, before eating or drinking, your body is in a more consistent state, making your weight measurement more reliable.
As the day goes on, your weight can naturally increase after meals, drinks, and normal daily activities. So don't be alarmed if the number on the scale is higher later in the day—it's completely normal.
Tip: Weigh yourself at the same time each morning, under the same conditions, to track your progress more accurately.

Petroleum jelly hit the market almost 150 years ago. It’s still a favorite of dermatologists. That’s because it seals water into your skin. That’s good for your wounds because they need a moist place to heal. It may take up to twice as long for dry injured skin to get better. This oily moisturizer may also ease the redness of a new scar and lower your chances of infection. It also won’t burn when you put it on. ,
Celebrating my 3rd year on Facebook,Thank you all for your unwavering support, encouragement, likes, comments, and friendship throughout this journey. I truly appreciate every one of you. I couldn't have made it this far without your love and support.🙏🙏🤗🎉
