DIY AVOCADO🥑 HAIR MASK RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:👇

1 ripe avocado🥑

1 tablespoon of olive oil (or coconut oil)

1 tablespoon honey🍯

1 egg yolk or 2 tablespoons plain yogurt for extra protein (Optional)🥚

Add 5 drops of essential oil like lavender or rosemary for added benefits and scent (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:👇

1. Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth (no lumps). You can also use a blender for a creamier consistency.

2. Add the egg yolk, olive oil, honey, and any optional ingredients and blend thoroughly.

3. Sieve mixture to remove residue

4. If the hair mask is too thick add a small amount of table water to get your desired consistency

5. Apply the mask to damp hair, focusing on the ends and dry areas.
