After washing my hair thoroughly with shampoo, I rinse it out completely. I never deep condition on dirty hair - clean hair absorbs nutrients better.
Here's my deep-conditioning routine:
*I scoop out my Heal & Repair Honey Herb Deep
Conditioner ( personal preference)
* Add a little of my Ayurvedic Hair Oil + Mix both together till creamy
Apply generously from roots to ends
*+ Steam to open my cuticles and help the herbs pe*****te deeply
Rinse out with just water - no shampoo after deep conditioning then apply a moisturizer or sealant on damp hair and style .
This routine has helped my hair stay moisturized for days, reduced my shedding, and improved my elasticity so my hair snaps back instead of breaking.
