Sometimes children are not stubborn, they're just tired.

Before we shout, punish or label them, let's pause a little.

We're their example, whether we like it or not.
Children are learning life for the first time.

Love is listening to your child.

Love is showing up even when life is already hard.

Your child doesn't need a perfect home, they need a safe one.
A home where they can talk, a home where they're not scared to be themselves.

Because one day, they won't even remember how expensive the clothes were.
They will only remember how you made them feel.

A child's confidence is built at home every single day.
Speak life into them. Listening to their feeling, praise their efforts not just success.
Let them try, fail and try again.

What not to do when a child is throwing tantrums.

Don’t shout, threaten, or hit

Don’t shame or compare your child

Don’t give in just to stop the noise

Don’t argue in the heat of the moment

Don’t label your child as “bad”

Mama, tantrums don’t mean you’re failing.
They mean your child is learning emotions and you’re guiding them with love, patience, and wisdom. 💕

When your child throws a tantrum, remember they’re not trying to embarrass you, they’re overwhelmed.
What do you do?

Stay calm, even when it’s hard

Make sure your child is safe

Acknowledge their feelings. “I see you’re upset”
Give space if needed

Be consistent with boundaries

Teach and talk after they calm down. 💕
