The day of the picnic ✨ at the Federal University of Technology Akure felt refreshingly different from the usual busy campus routine. Lectures and deadlines paused as members of TheStillWaters Mental Health Foundation (TSW), FUTA Chapter gathered to rest, connect, and focus on mental wellness.
Surrounded by greenery 🌿, laughter and music filled the air. It was more than a picnic — it was a safe space for open conversations, shared meals, and joyful games. As the sun set 🌞, we left feeling refreshed and grateful, reminded that true mental health care thrives in community, support, and simple moments together.💚💚
