A customer owes me ₦5,400 and has been avoiding my calls.
Meanwhile, she has been referring her family members to me and they’ve been buying well.

So one of her relatives came to buy goods worth ₦12,000.

Someone told me I should have just removed my ₦5,400 from that money and told them to go settle it with her.

But me… I kept quiet, collected my ₦12k complete, and gave them their goods like nothing happened.

Now I’m thinking…

Was I being too nice? Or that’s how proper business is done? 🤔🔥
