You are a local and unwise girl

This is what a customer at my office once told me because I refuse to date him.

He is a young married man doing well, so he approached me for a relationship because I was friendly to him.

But for goodness sake, that was only courtesy and I was just carrying out my duty as a front desk person, but the guy took it to another level by asking me to date him, I rejected him thousands of times till the day he chose to shame me in public just because of my refusal.

He called me local, unwise and said am the kind of girl that guys use there brain, I know you guys are waiting for my response to him. Well, I didn't respond, I allowed him to talk to his satisfaction and he kept quiet when he found out he was the only one talking.

This is my story, you might have yours, and some many other pressure we face as a girl child in our society

My challenge to girl child out there is that we shouldn't allow this pressure to make us who we are or influence our decision and lifestyle

And for the guys and men please make things easier for us, do the right and always be contented with your spouse
