We had an inspiring and engaging meet-and-greet session with children and young people, creating a fun and supportive space to connect, share experiences, and raise awareness about mental health, engaging interviews with secondary school students in , we also had fun games with primary school pupils, and powerful placards carrying bold messages about mental
Through meaningful conversations and interactive activities, we encouraged children and young people to understand the importance of mental well-being, express their feelings freely, seek help when needed, and support one another without judgment.
Our gathering was a reminder that every mind matters, every voice deserves to be heard, and no one should have to face mental health challenges alone.
Together, let’s continue to break the stigma, foster understanding, and build a world where mental health is valued and everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.
