When a client tells you that you pushed them back or that you made a mistake the last time you gave them an haircut ,do not try to defend your error,admit it,and ask them how you can fix up or how they’d like it to be corrected.

Be humble enough to thank them for pointing out that error,as some clients don’t even love you enough to tell you your mistakes,they just move on and change barbers probably because they thought you might feel bad if they told you the truth.

This further portrays you as humble and teachable to your clients.
