Most of the time, I honestly don’t enjoy the physical attention that comes with having long natural hair. Online? Fine. But in real life, it can honestly be exhausting.

that’s why I try as much as I can to educate people online instead, because trying to explain natural hair growth and retention in person is not feasible

And honestly, sometimes it’s even discouraging, because people would rather believe there’s one secret product that magically grows hair instead of accepting that it’s consistency, patience, and proper care.

But regardless… we keep trying.
