If you are driving around independence Layout (Okpara Square, Agric Bank, Presidential Road) and other parts of Enugu metropolis please be careful as the is now fully activated (fully contracted to people).

Targets have been set and the number of people that must commit traffic offenses are meant to reach a certain threshold everyday.

The activities of these young rough men are worse during the evening when a certain target is not met before the close of the day.

Know that the following are now traffic offenses managed by the Enugu State Government:

1. Driving with out seat belts both for the driver and passenger ( #10000 each for driver and passenger)

2. Obstruction

3. Wrong/illegal packing

3. Driving against the traffic

4. Route violation

5. Incomplete tyre nuts

6. No spare tyre

7. No Triangle properly placed where your vehicle had fault

8. Beating the traffic (if it's working)

9. Expired car papers etc

Please be very careful. Like I said the persons recruited are mainly people that you may find difficult to engage.

Just remember that the government must hit the GDP either by hook or crook*
