This is the very reason why you have to iron that dress properly before stepping out.
The problem is not from your designer, it's probably from you.
You keep on saying the dress is worn out or your designer didn't give you what I ordered vs what I got.
Try ironing every seam with hemming gum under and water.
That worn out dress will come alive.
