Job Description
This role encompasses the following responsibilities:
• Organisation of clinic appointments
• Organisation of staff schedules including maintenance of a rota
• Taking charge of inventory and placing orders for new supplies as needed
• Reconciliation of business income through patient bills and cash outflow on business expenditure
• Overseeing the work of auxiliary (non-clinical) staff
• Optimisation of patient experience including collating and acting on feedback


Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years + experience in a managerial setting
• Commitment to provision of excellent customer service
• Proficient in use of IT systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team

• Receiving calls and enquires
• Organisation of business and personal schedule through maintenance of an appointment diary
• Organisation of travel plans including booking of flights

Crowded teeth are one of the most common orthodontic problems. Most often, when your teeth become crowded, it’s due to lack of space for all of the teeth to properly fit. This condition is also known as teeth overcrowding.

What are the causes of teeth overcrowding ?

Usually, teeth overcrowding occurs when your teeth and jaw size do not have a harmonious relationship. If your teeth are too large compared to the size of your jaw, they will no be able to fit in the space available. These are generally inherited traits just as the color of your eyes or the size of your hands.

Another important cause can be the early (or late) loss of primary teeth, which can result in an improper eruption of definitive teeth. For example, if a baby tooth is lost prematurely, teeth around the gap tend to move into the empty space, causing the permanent tooth to erupt in a crooked position.

Correcting your crowded teeth is critical for a healthy mouth. A proper treatment will give you straighter teeth, a better bite, a more attractive smile and healthier teeth and gums.
