Say no to addiction
Addiction does not start as a problem—it often starts as a choice, curiosity, or a way to cope with stress. Over time, it can take control of your health, finances, relationships, and future.
Whether it’s alcohol, drugs, smoking, gambling, or excessive social media use, addiction can gradually rob you of your peace, focus, and well-being.
Protect yourself:
✔ Choose healthy coping mechanisms.
✔ Avoid peer pressure.
✔ Seek help early if you notice signs of dependence.
✔ Talk to trusted friends, family members, or healthcare professionals.
Remember:
The earlier addiction is recognized and addressed, the better the chances of recovery and a healthier life.

Not every discussion is worth cueing into.
Some conversations are so unhealthy that they end up ruining your mood, and that’s not good for your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Protect your peace. Not every argument deserves your attention.

Ebola!!!
Ebola virus disease is deadly and spreads through contact with infected blood, body fluids, contaminated objects, or infected animals. Prevention and early action save lives.
Some precautionary measures you should take:

• Avoid contact with blood, vomit, saliva, urine, sweat, or other body fluids of sick individuals.
• Do not touch dead bodies without proper protective measures.
• Avoid eating bush meat or handling wild animals carelessly.
• Cook all foods properly and maintain good hygiene.
• Avoid self-medication when symptoms appear. Seek medical attention early.
• Symptoms may include fever, weakness, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, and unexplained bleeding.
• If someone shows symptoms, isolate the person and contact health authorities immediately.
• Use gloves and protective wear when caring for sick patients.
• Stay informed through trusted health authorities and avoid spreading false information.
Your health is your responsibility. Prevention is always better than cure.
