Good evening and Happy Sunday, beautiful people! 💕😍
It’s been a little while, but I’m happy to be here again.
Today I pray this new week brings you peace where you’ve been anxious, strength where you’ve grown weary, and hope where you’ve been discouraged.
May your body find rest, your heart find joy, and your spirit find renewed strength for the days ahead.
To every warrior and every silent fighter, remember to take things one step at a time. Be gentle with yourself, stay hydrated, and don’t forget that your health matters too. 🤍
Have a peaceful and blessed Sunday, everyone. I’m wishing you all a beautiful week ahead. 🫶✨

I’m back to work/school, guys! 😅😍
The mid-term break is officially over, so let’s continue from where we stopped.
And yes, I rested these legs and bones properly during the break, and I’m happy to be returning stronger and refreshed.
So please, don’t try my strength today 😂💪
I’m hoping to maintain a balance between work and showing up here more consistently.
The good news is that the school session will soon be over, which means we’ll have a much longer break—and more time to interact here. 🥰
For now, it’s back to lesson notes, classrooms, and chasing students around 😅
Good Morning! and Have a beautiful week ahead, everyone✨

Good morning and Happy Sunday Beautiful Family 🥰✨
As you go through today, I hope you find moments of peace, rest, and joy.
May this Sunday bring healing to tired bodies, comfort to heavy hearts, and strength for the week ahead.
If you’ve been pushing hard all week, let today be a reminder that rest is productive too.
Take it easy, stay hydrated, and be kind to yourself 🤍
Wishing you a beautiful and blessed Sunday 🌿
And remember! I’m always rooting for you

Today, early this morning, I had a very severe heart palpitation that lasted for hours.
I mean, I had plans for today, but this completely put everything on hold.
Moving around or even handling my phone seemed to make it worse.
Now, I’ve experienced heart palpitations before. It would usually last for a few minutes, and all I had to do was sit down, rest for a while, and it would stop.
But today’s episode was something I’ve never experienced before.
I’m currently being treated for malaria, which I believe might have contributed to it, but honestly, this was the worst palpitation I’ve ever had.
It was really scary 😱
Thank God I’m feeling much better now. 🙏❤️
I honestly don’t know if this is also a form of crisis or if it’s something entirely different.
PS: If you’ve experienced something like this before, please let me know.
How did you handle it?

Please, can anyone—just anyone—relate to this?👇
Whenever I’m feeling sick or about to fall sick 🤒, the symptoms often come with anger 😠.
I mean, for a few days before the actual sickness sets in, I find myself getting upset and irritated over just about anything.
I remember when my Dad was still alive, he would often say:
“Nne, you shouldn’t be getting upset because whenever you start getting this angry over little things, you always end up falling sick.” 🤒
Back then, I didn’t pay much attention to it because I thought it was just a coincidence.
But now that I’m all grown up, I feel like there might be some truth to it 😅.
On different occasions, I’ve noticed that after those periods of unexplained anger and irritation, I somehow end up on a sick bed.
Now I’m beginning to wonder…
Is this actually a thing, or are these just thoughts my Dad successfully planted in my head? 🫣😂
Please tell me I’m not the only one.
Can anyone relate to this? Have you ever noticed a change in your mood before falling sick? 👇💚
