Nothing beats the weekend like a pot of spicy goat meat peppersoup. The aroma alone is enough to bring everyone to the kitchen! Who’s stopping by for a bowl?

Success has a way of revealing the people around you.
When you start succeeding and moving forward in life, you will often notice three kinds of people:
1. The negatives: People who become unhappy with your success
2. The negative-positives: People who are not happy at first but later learn to celebrate you.
3. The Positives: People who have always been genuinely happy for you.
The first type may feel threatened when you begin to move ahead. They may withdraw their support, minimize your achievements, or make negative comments about your progress.
The second type may initially see your success as competition. However, with time, they realize that your progress does not prevent them from achieving their own goals. They stop comparing themselves with you and begin to celebrate you sincerely.
The third type does not see your success as a threat. They support you, encourage you, and celebrate your achievements without feeling that they are losing anything.
Their mindset is simple:
“Your success is not my failure.”
As you grow, do not focus only on who is watching your progress. Pay attention to how people respond to it.
Now, ask yourself honestly:
Which type of person are you when someone else succeeds?
A. The person who feels threatened?
B. The person who is learning to celebrate others?
C. The person who is genuinely happy for others?
Share your answer respectfully in the comments. Your response may encourage someone else to reflect on their own attitude toward success.

🍳 BREAKFAST: Does it make you HUNGRIER… or does SKIPPING?
Some people eat breakfast and feel hungry again fast.
Others skip breakfast and feel okay until lunch.
Why?
🔥 Why breakfast can make you HUNGRIER
If your breakfast is mostly sugar and white carbs (sweet cereal, white bread, juice, donuts):
• Your blood sugar goes up fast
• Then it comes down fast
• Your brain says: “We need food NOW!” → you feel hungry again in 1–2 hours.
⏳ Why skipping can feel easier (at first)
When you don’t eat in the morning:
• Your body stays in “night mode” (fasted)
• No big sugar spike and drop
• So you may not feel very hungry until later
(but many people get VERY hungry by afternoon).
💡 What really matters
It’s not just “eat” or “skip.” It’s what you eat.
A better breakfast =
• Protein (eggs, yogurt, beans)
• Fiber (oats, fruit, veggies, whole grains)
• Healthy fat (nuts, seeds, avocado)
This combo keeps you fuller longer and is linked to lower risk of diabetes.
👇 Which one are you?
1️⃣ “Breakfast makes me hungrier”
2️⃣ “Skipping makes me less hungry”
Comment 1 or 2 and tell me what you usually eat (or don’t) in the morning!
